New Agent Onboarding – Your Success Starts Here!

The Onboarding program contains everything that you will need to get your business up and running. It is our goal to have every agent that hits the field with new leads in a position to be both successful, and profitable on their first day.

To ensure that this is the case, all new agents must show 100% completion in the Onboarding section and must have successfully completed a presentation role-play with their Hiring Manager BEFORE lead financing will be approved. This is to protect the business interest of the agent, the up-line, and the agency. Most importantly, it is to ensure that all clients are being serviced correctly.
